The best time to visit Pattaya for shopping is during the high season of November to April.

During this season, the markets, shops, and walking streets are filled with souvenirs, clothing, and accessories. The vendors are easier to bargain with during this season due to the large number of tourists, and the vendors’ competitive desire to make a sale before others.

Pattaya is also home to several shopping malls where you can find deals year-round.

The best time to visit Pattaya for a honeymoon would be during the low season from May to October.
